Built by a health professional, for health professionals
Our story
Skill Workers was founded in Carlsbad, New Mexico, with one goal: bring skilled workers to America, ethically. U.S. employers face real shortages — in hospitals, in the skilled trades, and beyond — while talented professionals abroad are too often exploited by recruiters who charge them heavy fees.
We're starting with nursing, where Southwest hospitals urgently need help, and will expand to physical therapists and skilled trades such as electricians, HVAC technicians, and data-center roles. In every program, employers pay the costs, workers are treated as professionals, and every promise is made in writing.
Our values
- Integrity — no recruitment or placement fees to workers, honest about the costs workers do pay
- Respect — workers are professionals, not inventory
- Transparency — honest timelines, no guarantees we can't keep
- Community — strengthening care in the Southwest and supporting home communities

He founded Skill Workers to build an ethical bridge between global skilled talent and U.S. employers — beginning with nurses.
