For nurses
Your U.S. nursing career — without recruitment or placement fees
For registered nurses from Cameroon and the Cameroonian diaspora who want a permanent hospital job in New Mexico, West Texas, or Arizona.
Our No Recruitment Fee Promise
- We do not charge you a recruitment, placement, registration, processing, or “success” fee.
- We never ask for deposits, bonds, or payments to “reserve” a job.
- We never hold your passport or original documents.
- The job offer you accept in writing is the job you start. No surprise contract changes.
- You can leave our program at any time.
What you do pay: You pay only your own certification, exams, and training costs — paid directly to the official providers. This includes things like NCLEX-RN and English test fees, credential evaluation, VisaScreen, review or prep courses, state board license fees, travel to test centers, and your passport. Budget for these costs before you start.
If anyone asks you to pay Skill Workers, report it to info@skillworkers.us.
How it works
Your path, step by step
- Tell us about you. Share your nursing education, license, and experience through our contact form.
- Intake call. We explain the process honestly — including realistic timelines and what is not guaranteed.
- Get exam-ready. Work toward the NCLEX-RN, credential evaluation, and (if required) an English test. We share a clear checklist.
- Meet hospitals. We present your profile to partner hospitals and help schedule interviews.
- Receive a written offer. Review the real job title, unit, location, wage, and benefits before you say yes.
- Hospital sponsors you. The hospital's immigration attorney files your EB-3 Schedule A petition. The hospital pays employer costs.
- Visa & relocation. When your visa is available, you complete your interview and medical exam, and we help you prepare to move.
- Start your career. Arrive, onboard, and begin work — we check in with you after you start.
